When Consulting isn’t the answer, try Coaching!

Post-Pandemic Reboot

The past year has been difficult, confusing and often lonely. Many of us lost loved ones, jobs, homes and business ventures, making the “new normal” feel unattainable. We need to grieve, process and develop a vision for bringing meaning and purpose into (or back into) the way we organize and live our lives. Try our two-month quick start package, or design your own ad-hoc program.

Why Coaching?

When you hire a therapist, the goal is fixing something that feels wrong or broken inside yourself.

When you hire a consultant, you’re often looking to change something in your organization that is missing or broken.

Unlike therapy or consulting, your Coach is there to be your cheerleader: to help you identify and attain your goals. You set the agenda, your Coach guides you toward resources, helps you to use them, holds you accountable for achieving your own goals and celebrates your progress along the way. We’re all navigating choppy, uncharted waters, but we don’t have to go it alone.

Executive Life Coaching

Work-life balance is a myth, but work-life integration can help us achieve a more balanced and productive lifestyle. Lauren has worked with CEOs, fund managers and self-employed professionals to help each create a strategic plan for attaining a fulfilling personal life together with professional success.

How does it Work?

Initial Consultation and Goal Setting - You don’t have to know what you need to get started. If your work, personal life or the balance of the two isn’t all you’d like it to be, coaching can give you support and resources to achieve your goals.

Work Sessions - Sometimes, we just need an objective listener to help us work through a new challenge and an ad-hoc session or two will suffice. When working toward concrete goals, it can be helpful to set a specific time frame with multiple work sessions and feedback loops.

Graduation - Coaching isn’t a life-time commitment. Whether we’re working ad-hoc or on larger goals, we’ll end with an integrated (work + personal) strategic plan that you can use to guide your efforts going forward. Coaching can be a one-off experience or a periodic touchstone to support your personal and professional development. It’s up to you!

Health & Wellness Coaching

None of us make it through this life without facing at least one challenge to our physical, mental or emotional health. Whether you’ve just received a diagnosis, wrestle with chronic diseases like diabetes and arthritis or just want to develop new and better ways to maintain & improve health & wellbeing over time, coaching can make it easier!
